ACII

So for the past two days I have been at home and dedicating my time to completing Assassin’s Creed II. Ok, yes I will admit that I have an addiction to gaming and other things but when I start something, I always want to get it done. Hence why I stayed on it for almost two days trying to complete it.

I have to say the acquiring the seals was quite difficult once there started being a timer on everything. Gotta love the double blade though. Leonardo Da Vinci’s flying machine was the funniest mission I had to do. The amount of times I failed and crashed was a joke. I love how the uncle was called Mario and with his entrance, the character says: “It’sa me, Mario”, joke for Nintendo, har di har har. I really suck at trying to remain undetected, patience is not my friend.

Thank goodness Ezio can swim! The amount of times I would have desynchronized if that ability wasn’t available. I never actually completed the first one but anyway…So when I finally reached the ending, and when the ‘warning’ was given, I have to quote Desmond: “What. The. Fuck.” That’s all I can say. Just wtf. I felt that the ending was a shambles! I’m not going to spoil it for you but all in all, le sans the ending, the game is pretty good. Not as repetitive as the first.

Since I’m an achievement-hoarder, I have managed to unlock 850/1000 and only have approximately eight more things to unlock before I have completed the game 100%. The question is, am I really going to try and locate all one hundred feathers, in order to unlock the Auditore cape? Is one cape really worth all of that hassle? Or is watching the 20 clips of the ‘Truth’ really worth searching for all of the glyphs?

I’m going to put the gaming on hold and only for the weekends, otherwise I will not be going to work, sleep or university. Yes, it is that bad.
